Refund policy

For U.S.A. orders, we offer a free 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item for any reason. Return shipping labels are provided at no cost to you. Refunds apply to the item purchase price and applicable sales tax; the original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Note: For international orders and digital-only goods, returns are not accepted.

 In order to return your Jamcorder, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Request a return by emailing chipweinberger@jamcorder.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Return the Jamcorder in the original packaging with all accessories in good condition. Remove any adhesive stickers you applied and all residue.
    Once we receive the Jamcorder back (including all cables, boxes, accessories, and the quick start guide in all the original packaging) in good physical condition, we will process the refund to your credit card. Note: shipping labels must be applied to the black outer shipping bag only. Do not place the label on the product box.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Prepaid return shipping labels are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Returns shipped after this period may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  • If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge a restocking fee. Jamcorder may require that you furnish proof of purchase details in order to obtain a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Refunds will typically be processed within one week of Jamcorders's receipt of the return. Please note that, depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after the return credit is approved for the credit to post to your account.
